Replicate Originals or Have Custom Pieces Created

Most of our creations at DSI Studios are individual pieces that are truly unique, but from time to time, we need to make multiple copies of something. A restaurant chain, for example, may have a 3D sculpture of a mascot and need one for each location. An amusement park or themed entertainment business may need a consistent piece throughout the venue.

When that's the case, our moldmaking and casting department is up to the task! We create silicone and fiberglass molds that we use to reproduce a piece in the future. We can create molds for existing elements that you already have, and we can build them during our process for new pieces. We'll hold on to your molds so we have them on hand for any future projects. Our finished pieces are made with Smooth-On casting materials and other high-quality substances.
